You don't need the right words before you message us. There's a lot on this site because your story probably isn't simple, and we didn't want to pretend it was.
A booking is a conversation, not the start of a long process you're locked into. We'll go at whatever pace feels manageable.
Email us and Renee will answer. She'll call you back to get things sorted, or if you call directly, you'll likely reach me. If I'm with a client, I'll call you back myself and hand you over to Renee to finalise everything.
If the online booking doesn't show anything that works, get in touch anyway. Spots move quickly and we often have a waitlist shifting in real time.

Finding us
We're located at 12 Cale Street, Midland, opposite San Churro's on Great Eastern Highway. The building sits in the middle of Cale Street, Victoria Street, and Great Eastern Highway, so entry is via 2 Victoria Street.
If you're driving, GPS 2 Victoria Street, Midland rather than Cale Street. It'll take you straight to the entrance.
Parking is available on Victoria Street and Great Eastern Highway. If those are full, Midland Gate car park near the lights is a short walk up.
We're on the top floor with stairs only, no lift. If that's going to be difficult for you on the day, let us know beforehand and we'll figure out what works.
